We offer customization across a wide range of products, including embroidered home goods like bedding and bath items, as well as personalized apparel, work shirts, hats, and accessories. Each product listing will clearly note the available personalization options so you know exactly what can be customized before ordering.

Because all of our items are made to order, processing times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on the product and level of customization. Once your order is complete, shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

For most standard personalization options, we create your item based on the details you provide at checkout and do not automatically send mockups. If your order includes a logo, special placement, or a more complex design, a mockup may be provided for approval before production begins. If you’d like to request a mockup, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
