At JenAnnaigans, every item is custom-made to order. Because our products are personalized and produced specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or returns unless an error was made on our end.

✅ If We Made a Mistake

If we make an error — including:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Incorrect personalization
  • Production defect
  • Wrong size sent (if it differs from your order)

We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will begin the replacement process promptly.


❌ Customer Errors

Because all items are custom and made to order, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected
  • Spelling errors submitted by the customer
  • Wrong color selections
  • Uploaded logo errors
  • Change of mind after production has started

Our ordering process includes required checkpoints and confirmation steps to help prevent mistakes. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before completing checkout.


📏 Sizing Responsibility

We strongly recommend reviewing size charts before placing your order. Custom items cannot be returned due to sizing issues unless the item sent differs from the order placed.
