JenAnnaigans offers personalized apparel, gifts and accessories for weddings, vacations, holidays, celebrations, hobbies, group events and everyday occasions.
Many of our products are personalized or made to order using information provided by the customer.

JenAnnaigans may produce personalized products using the information exactly as submitted.

A requested change is not approved until it has been confirmed.
Orders

If an order is canceled by JenAnnaigans before fulfillment, any applicable payment for the canceled portion will be refunded.

Production Times
Many JenAnnaigans products are made, printed, embroidered or personalized after an order is placed.
Production time varies depending on the product, quantity, personalization and current workload.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
JenAnnaigans is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Transportation disruptions
- Holidays
- High shipping volume
- Incorrect delivery information

Event Dates
Customers ordering for weddings, vacations, birthdays, reunions or other scheduled events are responsible for allowing sufficient time for production and shipping.
We strongly recommend ordering early.
Unless specifically confirmed otherwise, an event date does not create a guaranteed delivery date.
Order Changes
If you need to change an order, contact JenAnnaigans immediately.
We may be able to make changes before production begins.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Cancellations
Because personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is received, cancellations are not always available.
Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
If production has already started, the order may no longer qualify for cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges
Personalized or custom-made products are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Customer-entered personalization errors
- Customer-selected colors or designs
If JenAnnaigans makes a confirmed production error or an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us promptly.
Return and exchange eligibility is governed by our Returns & Cancellations policy.
Product Sizing
Garment sizing varies by brand and style.
Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information and selecting the appropriate size before ordering.
A size selected incorrectly by the customer may not qualify for return or exchange when the product has been personalized.
Customer-Submitted Artwork & Content
If you provide artwork, photographs, logos, text or other content for a custom product, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that material.
You agree not to submit content that unlawfully infringes another person’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
JenAnnaigans may refuse requests involving content we reasonably believe cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?
Not unless a specific guaranteed service or delivery commitment has been expressly confirmed. Production and carrier delays can occur, so customers ordering for an event should order early.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Potentially. You must have the legal right or permission to use any artwork, logos, photographs or other materials you submit for reproduction.
Can JenAnnaigans refuse a custom design request?
Yes. We may decline requests that cannot reasonably be produced or that appear to violate intellectual property rights, applicable laws or our business policies.
Does buying a product give me ownership of the design?
No. Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer copyright, trademark rights or ownership of the underlying artwork or design.
